Minimum Income:
Studio & One Bedroom: $45,566

1P: $53,160 | 2P: $60,780 | 3P: $68,340 | 4P: $75,960

There are 8 units set aside for applicants that are at or below 30% of the median income. Rent for these units will be 30% of household adjusted gross income.
